In-Person Treatments

1hr Reiki with Sound Healing – £60

Reiki Treatment to balance each chakra, cleanse the aura and help to release energy blockages and promote emotional and physical healing. As the session nears completion, you will enjoy the soothing power of sound healing for the final 10 minutes. This unique combination of Reiki and Sound Therapy creates a deeply restorative and holistic healing experience.
Distance Reiki Treatments
1hr Distance Reiki Healing – £50

Distance Reiki Sessions – (Consultation before and after. Reiki carried out entirely remotely).
All that’s required is that you find a quiet, comfortable space at a prearranged time, where you can relax without distractions and remain open to receiving the healing energy.
Reiki For Children – If you would like your child to have a Reiki session with me, feel free to drop me an email. I provide 30minute sessions for under 16s for £35 and have the enhanced DBS Certificate.

1-1 & Group Sound Healing Sessions
1-1 Sound Healing – Alongside your 1hr in-person Reiki treatments.
Group Sound Healing with Reiki – I will take you on a therapeutic sound journey that uses vibrational frequencies from instruments like singing bowls, chimes, gongs and tuning forks to promote relaxation, well-being and balance. The sound waves produced in the sessions resonate with the body’s energy field, helping to improve mental clarity, reduce stress and release energy blockages.

Contraindications – Sound journey’s are not recommended for pregnancies in the 1st trimester, individuals with pacemakers, metal implants, epilepsy or any form of serious mental health conditions.
